The Villa is a modern, tastefully decorated four bedroom villa with great outdoor areas and fantastic views situated in the southwestern part of Ibiza island, near San José town. The beaches Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida and Port d'es Torrent are all at a short drive from the villa. To Ibiza town and Playa d'en Bossa beach it is a mere 15 min. drive. The villa is located in a quiet and upscale residential area, fully gated and easily accessible. The modern styled villa boasts a mix of glamourous, urban chic and minimal interior design with Italian marble floors and a great love of detail. In the main house there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (master suite and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom), and attached to the house you can access a guest bedroom with en suite bath and separate terrace. The open plan, modern kitchen communicates directly with the living area and the two dining spaces indoors and outdoors. The fully fenced property is embedded in beautifully maintained exotic gardens offering great views to the sea.
