General description
This contemporary styled and spacious town house close to Ibiza town provides all the comfort and privacy of a villa and is yet located close to all of Ibiza´s hot spots. In less than five minutes you are in Ibiza town or at Playa d'en Bossa beach. To Las Salinas and Cala Jondal beaches it is a ten minute drive.
The Villa offers two large bedrooms on either level of the house, three are on suite, the fourth one has the bathroom next to it, so it can also be accessed from the living area. From the two bedrooms on the upper floor you get nice coastal views and can enjoy privacy on your own terrace in front of the bedrooms. All rooms and the living area have a music system with integrated speakers, which can be regulated from the living room or each room individually. The windows have comfortable, electric shutters, and the spacious, comfortable kitchen with separate storage and state-of-the-art appliances allows to prepare great meals.
The whole house is gated and surrounded by landscaped gardens, flowerbeds and palmtrees. It is secured by an electric gate and an alarm system.There is WIFI internet and tv with dvd system. Outdoors you have lounging and eating space for up to 8 people as well as a bbq.
The centrepiece of this villa is certainly the spacious, kidney shaped pool and the powerful outdoor jacuzzi with massage jets right next to it. You may never want to leave the property, once you have secured yourself a place with a glass of wine in that hot tub.
