Located on 75.000 square metres of land, among hundreds of fruit trees and with panoramic sea, views this brand new property boasts of three separate pool areas. The main pool of 12 x 5.5 m is a climatized infinity pool, at the end of which a comfortable chillout bed for two to three people is waiting for you to relax.
 
There are two smaller, overflow pools with waterfalls built into the cactus decorated stone walls. Also you are welcome to contemplate or purely enjoy the pureness of the zen pool decorating the centre of the house, the patio of this breathtaking property.
 
Inside you find three large double suites on ground level grouped around a large lounge and dining space.  Enjoy the fantastic views from the master bedroom on the first level, - before jumping into the spacious Jacuzzi and enjoy tremendous sea views. There are several cameras installed in and around the house, which can be easily controlled from the 32? plasma screen. A domotic infraray alarm system of the latest state of the art technology protects you when you are not at home.
