This villa of consequent minimalist design and interiors has received a prize for creative architecture from the Balearic board of Architects.
The main house offers a huge 150 m2 living and dining area, two kitchens and five bedrooms (kingsize doubles) with bathrooms en suite. In the basement of the house you also have a complete gym and sauna.
The villa includes one guest house in the back of the garden as well as on separate request a smaller, second guest house, which can be used as a staff house.
The interior decoration includes only high end materials and brands and follows a consequent minimal design with a glamorous touch.
Additional amenities include WIFI internet access, a gymnasium wih infrared sauna, outdoor ping pong table, barbecue area and outdoor dining space.
