The Villa is a fabulous, brand new addition to our catalogue. This private holiday mansion of covers more than 1000 m2 constructed surface, excluding terraces and gardens. The hilltop villa is situated in a quiet, yet easily accessible area between Ibiza and San José town and within easy reach of all relevant beaches in the south of the island as well as Ibiza town and airport. From the property you get fabulous 270 degrees views to the area of Las Salinas and Formentera island as well as Ibiza old town.
The house itself is very well insulated, meaning that it won´t turn into a hothouse, even if you have the aircon turned off for a while. The villa offers a spacious ground / main floor with open plan living and dining space as well as a top of the line, very spacious kitchen, unfolding onto various terraces, which surround the house. Behind the kitchen you have another storage room with additional fridges and freezers, enabling you to stock and cater for a larger number of people.
Also on the ground level there is a spacious en suite guest room with separate access to terrace and gardens.
On the first floor, you get the 'master´s cabin, which basically consists of two large master suites with en suite baths and showers as well as a connecting lounge between the two rooms.
On the left side of the villa the owner is offering the large guest house with four very spacious guest rooms, one of which is additionally equipped with a kitchen. All rooms can be separately (but not necessarily) accessed and are equipped with a safety box, a sound system and a television set.
Between the guest and the main house, there is a spacious, fully equipped and airconditioned gym.
The villa offers a total of 3 separate alarm systems, superfast WIFI connection everywhere and satellite television from a variety of sattelites.
