General description
The Villais a great family friendly summer villa in a fantastic location between Ibiza town, Cala Jondal and Las Salinas beaches, yet very privately located in the countryside. The spacious house and terraces are surrounded by a 5.000 m2 garden full of palm trees, mature Mediterranean plants and lawn areas.
The villa distributes into a main house and an apartment next to the barbecue area. The main villa offers three bedrooms (two doubles, one twin), a very spacious living area, separate dining room and separate, modern kitchen with breakfast nook. The bedrooms are airconditioned, whilst the seating areas with their large sliding doors unfold onto the terrace and pool area. From the upper floor of the villa you get nice sea views.
On the outdoor terrace next to the pool you have another, comfortable seating area with sofas and loungers, whilst there are more lounges in the garden as well.
A comfortable open barbecue area with large dining table adds to the outdoor entertainment. Next to the barbecue you have a spacious guest house a king size double bed, en suite bathroom, kitchenette and separate living area.
