The villa is a lovely, spacious farmhouse built on two levels and overlooking Santa Eulalia town and the sea. The villa is set on a vast plot of land including a ittle pine tree forest which invites for some nice walks and is an ideal playground for children. Despite its tranquil location you are in Santa Eulalia town within less than five minutes and in Ibiza town within fifteen minutes drive.
The property offers four bedrooms, two of them en suite, and great indoor and outdoor spaces. On the ground floor you have a spacious, separate and fully equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining area and a large, covered terrace in front of the house with additional dining and seating spaces.
From the house you walk down a few steps into the beautifully designed palm tree garden, offering a south orientated pool and sacious lawn areas.
