General description
This recently renovated and modernized country villa is located in a pine tree forest between Jesus and Santa Eulalia towns. Ibiza town can be accessed in less than fifteen minutes, and lovely beaches, such as Cala Llonga or the hidden Estanyol are within easy reach.
The fully gated property can either be rented to small groups or a big travel party of up to 24 people. In the main house you have four bedrooms, two of them en suite and two sharing one bathroom. There is a spacious, open plan kitchen with dining area and terrace access, and a separate big living area with TV and music system.
Attached to the main house there is guest house no. 1 with another four, en suite bedrooms, each of them additionally offering a kitchenette. And behind the villa you have guest house no. 2 with four more bedrooms, two bathrooms, a courtesy bath, open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The whole villa is airconditioned, and there is WIFI in the main house and the 1st guest house.
Below the big 13 x 7 m pool you find the outdoor kitchen with additional seating and dining space as well as a huge balinese chillout and some lawn areas.
