The villa is a seven bedroom luxury villa halfway up a little hill in the romantic valley of Es Cubells and is located at a comfortable five minute drive from San José village in the southwest of Ibiza, ten minutes from the airport and fifteen minutes from Ibiza town.
This 550 m2 mansion offers a fantastically landscaped garden with numerous palm trees, hibiscus and bougainville plants, jasmin and lavender bushes, that leave their sweet perfume in the air in warm summer nights. The 15 meter long and 9 meter wide pool is the centrepiece of this impeccable property, in the pool house next to it you have a chillout and massage room, a shower room as well as a fully fitted summer kitchen.
The villa is sufficiently big for two families to share. The 50m2 master suite on the top floor has a smaller bedroom next door, - perfect for smaller children.
On the ground floor of the main house you find three further suites, all with their private baths and terraces leading towards the garden. An attached apartment of two bedrooms as well as an independent studio with small kitchenette complete the property.
For your entertainment there is a stylish white pool billard table set up on one of the terraces, and you can use the bicicles for a pleasant stroll along the shoreline of this exclusive neighbourhood which communicates very well with Cala Jondal, Cala d'Hort or Porroig.
