General description
This stunning waterfront mansion of 1400 m2 is peacefully located on a plot of land of 12.000m2 near the beautiful sunset beach Cala Conta in the southwestern part of Ibiza island.
The gardens of this property are truly out of this world, featuring more than 100 palm trees of different kinds, olive trees of more than 100 years, 4 m long antique amphores, exotic plants and animals such as swans as well as a large koi pond with at least 30 of this highly priced fish species.
Around the 18 m long infinity pool pool you can lounge on comfortable double day beds you can choose between two more, covered chill out spaces in the garden providing peace and refuge from the daytime heat and listen to the song of the exotic birds or the soft breeze playing a tune in the leaves of the palm trees. Above the two pools there is another wooden chillout deck with covered day beds and sofas.
The house offers an open plan living and dining area modern kitchen (Gaggenau) as well as five bedrooms and four bathrooms on the ground level. There are three large, en suite master bedrooms on the upper floor (65 m2 each suite). The master bathrooms are equipped with jacuzzis offering amazing views over Cala Conta beach and up to Es Vedra island. The water throughout the house is pure and drinkeable due to its inverse osmosis filtration technology. From the villa you have direct beach access via a little staircase leading down to Cala Codolar, which is a little local beach, next to Cala Conta and at 300 m from the property. To Cala Conta it is 15 min. walk or 2 min. by car.
