The villa distributes into two buildings (castle and pool house), - each equipped with its own pool, kitchen and communal areas which are surrounded by vast lawns and beautiful Mediterranean gardens. From both villas you get wonderful views over the southern coast line, to Cap des Falcó near Las Salinas, Ibiza old town and Formentera island.
The castle building offers 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, living area, fully equipped, large kitchen and outdoor terraces with dining for up to 20 people.
Attached to it there is a large apartment with another 3 ensuite bedrooms.
Below the main villa you have the pool house with an extra 3 bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. In front of this villa you will find the main pool of 22 x 5 m and several chillout and lounge areas.
