General description
The Villa is a lovely country house at walking distance to San José town and at 11 km from Ibiza town. Its ideal and peaceful location make it the villa of choice for small groups who wish to be close to all the nice beaches in the southwest of Ibiza island. To Cala Jondal it is a 5 - 7 min. drive, to Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella and Cala Conta a mere 10 min. In the village of San José you have a choice of great restaurants, like Destino Tapas restaurant, Raco Verd and Es Galliner with frequent live music entertainment throughout the week.
The villa offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite) distributed on two levels. Kitchen and living area communicate with a dining terrace, from where a staircase leads down to the pool and garden, which can be closed off by a gate to make the villa safer for small children. Next to the pool you also get a shaded barbecue area with seating and dining space. The pool is with 12 x 5 m quite large
