This villa is the typical high profile coastal cottage with its pastel colours, the antique furniture and the comfortable beds and sofas. From Villa Pere you can not only enjoy some of the best views on the island, this is also a very private property, fully gated, which can not be overlooked. The L-shaped pool is 11 m long and 4 m wide, there is a spacious lawn area next to the pool terrace for your children to play and run around. Inside the house you will find two spacious master suites with king and queen size double beds and two twin bedrooms. There is a fifth bedroom, suitable for children with three single beds, so the villa could sleep up to 11 guests, if need be. The extralarge kitchen boasts of a solid wooden breakfast table with views to garden and sea for sumptous breakfast indulgence. There is additional dining space both inside the house and in the garden.
From Villa Pere to Es Cubells village it is eight hundred metres. If you chose to hire a car, you are in no time at Cala Jondal or San José village. To Ibiza town it is a 20 min. drive.
