On the ground floor there is an apartment with one bedroom, bathroom, sitting romm and small kitchen. The extra sitting room can be converted into a fourth bedroom, if required. The apartment is accessible from both the main house, but also offers an independent entrance, which makes this villa ideal to share for two smaller families. On the ground floor you also have a nice garden with seating area and sea views, childfriendly since fully gated. There is parking for up to two cars inside the property. Further amenities include a bbq next to the pool with covered dining space, broadband internet and international SAT television.
