General description
This delightful and elegant beach villa is located in a little residential area near Cala Conta and Cala Codolar beaches in the southwest of Ibiza island. To the beach it is just a pleasant walk down the road, where you find some upscale restaurants, specialised in fresh fish and paella dishes.
This a spacious mansion full of coastal charm and handpicked decor and original art, providing an ambience of cool modern chic mixed with an earthy vibe. The elegant grey walls and tiles provide the perfect backdrop for the occasional splash of colour, and the crisp white of the terrace and pool area stand out perfectly against the azureblue of the pool and the lively green accents provided by banana plants and yucca palm trees that frame the garden.
The master bedroom is the only room located on the first floor of the villa providing en suite, freestanding bathtub and shower and jaw-dropping views to the ocean. In the lower part of the house you have open plan living and dining area with a separate hall and kitchen on one end and the second double ensuite bedroom on the other. The third bedroom is found in a little outhouse next to the pool, all bedrooms are furnished with kingsize double beds.
The villa offers international satellite tv, WIFI and an iPod compatible music system as well.
