The master bedroom offers an en suite with shower and bath, the second room has a bathroom opposite with shower, the third bedroom on the ground floor offers en suite with shower and patio doors that lead on to the terrace and pool. All bedrooms offer amazing sea views. There is a large living / dining area, downstairs lavatory and a modern fully equipped kitchen with patio doors that lead on to the spacious terrace with an outside dining area, pool and chill out area. Dining areas caters for 8 both inside and outside the house. The villa is in a quiet residential area, the villa offers a modern and comfortable home for your holiday where you can have a relaxing day by the pool but still have all amenities close by. It is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop (which takes you to Ibiza Town), 10 minute walk to Talamanca Beach, 2 miles to several beach taverns, and the exclusive Marina Botafoch home to the famous Pacha nightclub and Leo and the Casino Hotel, and 3 miles to the beautiful town of Ibiza and 7 miles to airport.
