•the master bedroom with double bed (1,50x1,90 m), air conditioning and access to a wide terrace overlooking the sea
•1 bathroom with bathtub
•1 small reading room with 2 single beds
The exterior features a newly finished pool 6x3,5 m, 8 chairs, 2 umbrellas, outside shower, a covered porch with table and chairs for dining 'al fresco' and nice garden areas with lawn.
