The name of the house says it all. This beautiful house recently just built in 2015 and brand new is located in one of the mountains of the privileged area of Es Cubells, enjoying breathtaking and incomparable sea views, views to las Salinas, even get to see the old town Dalt Vila.
It is accessed by opening an automatic gate and it has
•Living-dining room with large windows to enjoy the sea view and opening onto a terrace with table and chairs
•Vitro ceramic kitchen fully equipped, open to living room
•1 master bedroom with double bed 1,50x1,90 m, bathroom with shower en-suite and dressing
Descending the exterior stairs you will find:
•1 bedroom with 2 single beds (0,90x1,90 m) and bathroom with jacuzzi en-suite
•1 bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower
All bedrooms have air conditioning and access to the pool with table and chairs, deck chairs, parasol, chill-out shed, outside shower, another chill-out. In this same area we have the laundry, a storeroom and a plate to cook.
From every corner of the house you can enjoy beautiful views to the nearby valleys and incredible sea views.
