Cana Marieta is a beautiful newly built house, located in the middle of the Ibiza countryside, enjoying a relaxing view of the San Miguel’s harbor.
It is distributed comfortably on one floor:
•Dining room with TV and large windows that overlook the garden
•Gas kitchenette fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.
•1 bedroom with double bed (1,50x2 m), en-suite with shower, TV and ceiling fan
•2 bedrooms with double bed (1,50x2 m) sharing a bathroom with shower in the hall
All bedrooms have large glass doors, offering views of the garden, pool and golf.
The exterior has a nice pool 9x4 m, sunbeds, parasols, solar shower, covered masonry barbeque and a covered parking for 2 cars.
The house is within walking distance of the beach of Benirras, with its famous sunset and drums party every Sunday.
