The house has 240m2 (plot of 1450m2) and it is located in a very calm area in the nature reservoir “Las Salinas“, 10 minutes away from Ibiza town. Even the airport is only a 10 minutes drive and is not bothering the house by any noise.
Ocean view over the Salinas, in the direction of Cap D´Es Falco.
Las Salinas with the wonderful “MALIBU BEACH“, “ES CAVALLET“, “SA TRINXA“, “JOCKEY CLUB“ or “CAP D´ES FALCO“ are just 5 minute away.

2-en suite, 1 bedroom (140x200) and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200), sharing one bathroom.
