Authentic, 200 year old, traditional Ibicencan country house set  on a hilltop between Santa Eulalia and Ibiza town for the mature Ibiza experience.
 
With its room distribution into two separate wings, which are united by an ample living / dining area, this home is ideal to share  between two families or several couples. Even if the villa is fully occupied, it will never feel crammed, as there are many different terraces and lounge areas to relax and retire on your own.
 
The master bedroom has its own terrace overlooking the pool area, in the en suite bathroom you can choose between a jacuzzi bath and  a separate shower. In total there are three double and one twin bedroom, all with their baths en suite. The rooms  at the villa are light and airy and have air conditioning, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped. including dishwasher.
 
The beautifully landscaped garden area of several thousand square metres  turn this property into a secluded getaway from all stress and hectic with lots of green and a pool of 10x 5 m. There is a sheltered dining area beside the pool as well as a second, outdoor dining space with built-in bbq in front of the kitchen.
 
The mature garden of the villa include olive trees, which are hundreds of years old, birds of paradise and mature banana plants, not to forget the colourful bougainvilla and beautifully trimmed hibiscus plants. The villa is fully airconditioned, has International satellite television, a DVD and CD player as well as wireless internet.
