The house comes with 5 bedrooms and 3 luxury bathrooms. This villa was built by a renowned architect and perfectly captures Ibiza style: clear, clean lines and long unbroken views.
The house consists of 3 floors. The first floor, where the main entrance is, houses the living room, a handmade Gaggenau kitchen and a terrace. The second floor contains a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a terrace with an outside bathroom. Underneath the first floor is the master bedroom with bathroom and a further two bedrooms with shared bathroom. All the bathrooms are handmade to the highest specification.
The floors through the whole house and outside terrace are covered with natural stone.
From the 18m long infinity pool, there are possibly the best views of the island. The garden is tastefully designed and has ancient olive trees. There is a lovely garden filled with palms for kids or adults to play. The pool can be fenced for children.
This house is secluded on its own plot of land, set up in the hills over looking Cala Jondal, Es Torrent and Es Cubells bay. Your privacy is guaranteed.
