General description
The villa is an elegant luxury property at walking distance to the sea and the lovely beaches of Cala Jondal and Sa Caleta located on the southern coast of Ibiza island and at a short, ten minute drive from town and airport. The completely walled estate is fully landscaped with beautiful gardens and huge lawn areas and offers two independent buildings of 6 bedrooms each, as well as a staff house of two bedrooms. There are two pools of 20 and 22 m length as well as an outdoor gym. The buildings and facilities on the estate distribute very well guaranteeing privacy and independence even for a large number of guests.
It is simply priceless to wander on the paved caminos and get immersed in the huge gardens with a micture of exotic rain forest plants and typical mediterranean aromatic plants, such as rosemary and lavender.
The two villas are tastefully decorated with exquisite antique furniture and select ethnic pieces from Asia and Africa. There are three kitchens in total, - one of them a professional restaurant kitchen with only top of the line facilities. Kitchens and bathrooms include top end products and fittings of the highest standards. The villa can either be rented with full staff, including chef and waiters or just a basic cleaning service.
