The villa is a modern Mediterranean villa with great indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa is located on a 4000 m2 plot of landscaped gardens in a safe residential area in Jesus, just out of Ibiza town and offers great views to the old town and the sea from the pool and the outdoor dining areas as well as the bedrooms on the upper floor.
The villa distributes into a spacious main house with big open plan living and dining areas, which unfold onto a covered terrace, where you have further lounging and seating spaces. The kitchen is separate and also offers a separate access and driveway, which makes it comfortable to drop off the shopping or for staff to enter the property. On the ground floor you have three guest rooms, and two master suites on the first floor, offering their own terrace space. Below the ground floor there is another level with separately accessible apartment offering another double bedroom with kitchen, living and dining area.
The villa is fully fenced and secured by an electric gate and alarm system.
