The villa is set into the hillside within a private estate overlooking Ibiza town. The estate is looked after by a 24 hour security company and access to the estate can only be made via its gated control and check point.
The interior is bright and airy with glass walls and white lavish decor. Outside you will find a large infinity pool with matching jacuzzi along with plenty of outdoor seating areas to eat or unwind. The positioning of the property and its' outside terraces allows a fabulous panoramic 180 degree view stretching from Talamanca Bay, Ibiza town, the island of Formentera and right up the valley towards the beautiful village of San Rafael. The orientation of the private sun terraces enables uninterrupted sun bathing, from mid morning right through until sunset.
The bar and DJ area area on the bottom level of the property are great for pre-drinks or parties.
