The newly refurbished property is set on an 8.000 m2 plot and nestles into a little hill southwest of San José. From all of the bedrooms, the living area and the terraces you get uninterrupted views over the lush bay of Cala Tarida and its spectacular sunsets. The fully airconditioned villa of 350 m2 distributes into three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom. The master bedroom features a kingsize bed and is located on the upper floor and has a separate, nicely furnished terrace, whilst the living and dining space unfold in front of the hypermodern stainless steel kitchen.
The whole house front is equipped with sliding windows to integrate the terrace into the living area, flooding all the rooms with light. Amenities include International satellite television and Wifi, the villa has an alarm system and is fully gated.
