The villa is located in the soft hills halfway between Ibiza town and San José.
The privately located, spacious country house of over 1000 m2 constructed surface boasts a tennis court and a 16 x6 m pool as well as many terraced areas around the house, which makes the property ideal for big groups to share, as it ensures independence, yet offers big enough communal areas for al fresco dining and lounging.
At this villa you have three master suites on the first floor, all with their own private living area. Also on the first floor there are two further, twin bedrooms, whilst on the ground floor you will find a double and a twin suite. Additionally there are several in door living and dining spaces, as well as a huge, separate kitchen, perfectly equipped for a professional chef. All the bedrooms are air conditioned. The villa comes with a daily cleaning service.
