General description
This bright, upmarket minimalist villa is located on a hill in San Agustin facing the southwestern coastline and offers lovely sunset views from the pool and the bedrooms on the upper floors. The villa distributes on three levels and has 6 very spacious en suite bedrooms, all of modern decor and minimalist design. Three of the bedrooms have a separate access.
The large 14 x 5 m infinity pool and the spacious outdoor terrace are connected to the living room and open plan kitchen. There are six comfortable double sun loungers of Gandia Blasco design as well as several single sun loungers.
This villa is not suitable for very small children due to its terraced design but is certainly perfect for a group of friends or families with older children.
