General description
The villa is a joyful and bright Mediterranean beach villa, which has been renovated and converted into a charming modernist home with elegant decor and top end appliances and fittings in kitchen and bathrooms. The villa is privately located at the end of a small lane, at about 300 m distance from one of the nicest beaches on the island offering nice, upscale restaurants and watersports facilities.
The villa distributes into an open space living and dining room and open plan kitchen (with two large fridges), which communiate with three different terraces via large sliding windows.
On the same level there are two en suite guest bedrooms, each equipped with queensize double beds. The king suite, equipped with king size bed and ensuite bath and shower room is found on the top floor of the house, offering another, private terrace and independent access to the pool. And the fourth bedroom with en suite shower room is accessed independently in the lower part of the house.
