The beaches of Salinas, El Cavellet and Cala Jondal with its infamous venue Blue Marlin within easy reach. Slightly further to the west you will be able to sample all the other superb bays including Cala Tarida, and Porroig .
You will find a Welcome Pack on arrival to help you settle in immediately with a cold beer or glass of wine, juice, water and tea and coffee..

Bedrooms
All bedrooms are beautifully bright and airy, furnished in a classic contemporary style. The main house has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en suite) and the annex has 1 or 2 bedrooms depending on configuration, plus en suite.

Bathrooms
5 bespoke bathrooms, many with amazing mosaic features - 3 en suite, 2 family bathrooms and all with showers and baths.

Kitchen
Country style kitchen with all mod cons - cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine etc

Living Areas
Large comfortable reception area, with spectacular views over the countryside to Playa d’en Bossa and Ibiza Town, with TV, DVD player and stereo system. It's lovely and light, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Downstairs is another spacious living area with 2 large sofas, TV, DVD player, and doors leading onto the huge terrace and pool.

Cleaning & Changeover Day
All linen and bath towels are provided, and the houses are cleaned on changeover day.

Outside
The large terrace and pool area is the ideal spot to while away the days with friends and family. It's a picturesque private pool with astounding views across Ibiza to the sea, with BBQ, loungers, table, chairs and parasols for your ultimate enjoyment.

It’s a 10 minute drive to Salinas' glamorous sands littered with beach babes and beach bars, or the fashionable cool Es Cavallet, and 10 minutes along a stunning coast road takes you to Cala Jondal and the exclusive delights of Blue Marlin beach club, the fabulous fish dishes of Jemanje or Tropicana's tasty morsels. 5 minutes in the other direction takes you to the fun, frolics, beach clubs and night clubs of Playa d’en Bossa.
