General description

A 450 year old certified organic farm, centrally located in San Lorenzo, mid Island, on 60,000 square meters of land, which the owners turned into a true garden of Eden boasting fruit trees and fresh vegetables all year round.
 
The finca style houses and outside facilities are newly built and adhere to latest safety standards. Very suitable for families with children! The property sleeps 10 people in five bedrooms distributed in two guesthouses next to each other.
 
The larger one, a two story casita with two double bedrooms, big bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room with fireplace, Sky TV and wireless. Outside private terrace area with dining table and lounge chairs. Separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. Next door you have a one level casita with 2 double bedrooms, big bathroom with shower, living room with door connecting to the terrace and pool.

The 13 m pool is located behind the houses and boasts a separate chillout area and full relaxation on lush cushions under palm tree leaves, and a bbq with fridge and soundsystem as well as al resco dining for up to twelve guests under olive trees. Optionally you can also rent the additional main house of three bedrooms and private pool, which is located at about 200 m away from the casitas. If you rent the whole property incl. main house (3 bedrooms) and casitas (5 bedrooms) you also get a second pool, located behind the main finca. The guest houses can be rented separately all year round without the main villa.

During the months of July and August, also the main farmhouse, which offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate pool, can be rented as well. Including all three buildings the whole property can accomodate up to 16 people.

The nearest beaches are Benirrás at 3 km, famous for its spectacular sunsets, and Aguas Blancas, another hidden treasure in the north of the Island. Ibiza town is a mere fifteen min. drive away.
