This beautiful rural property overlooks the south west coast of Ibiza and the bay of Cala D’Hort. It is situated within a national park, so has few neighbours. It has views of some of the best sunsets and of the famous rock, Es Vedra. The villa is divided into 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 separate apartments. The design of the property is modern with touches of Ibicencan and Moroccan style.
The Villa is less than 5 minutes drive to the beaches of Cala d’Hort, Cala Carbo & Cala Vadella where you have great restaurants, bars and a local supermarket.
The owners have recently completely re-painted the inside of the villa with a white wall finish and upgraded the swimming pool. The villa now has two pools: one lap pool at (12 x 4) and a standard pool (8 x 4).
What makes this villa special is a combination of the outdoor living space, the pool, the fantastic views, sunshine with fantastic sunsets every evening. There are large mattress day beds, a fully equipped barbecue area.
The villa enjoys complete privacy with no noise or neighbours.
