General description
This very privately located luxury villa with a private pool is set on 13.000 square metres of land in the centre of the island between San Lorenzo and Santa Eulalia at just ten minutes from Ibiza town. Villa Maxine is a sympathetic, yet spacious, restored 'finca' with high ceilings made of typical, massive Sabina beams and terracotta tiled floors.
You find five bedrooms and four bathrooms in the main house, plus a spacious kitchen with breakfast area, dining area and a lounge with a 32' plasma screen and DVD. There is WIFI internet access in all of the house, but you can also use the comfortable study on the first floor.
The villa boasts of a carefully landscaped, mature park-like garden with lots of palm trees and exotic plants. There is a lawn space of several hundred square metres in front of a spacious open air barbecue. Next to the house is a little guest house with one bedroom, bathroom and a little lounge area, which can sleep an extra two to four people.
You can choose from various, comfortably furnished terraces, where you would like to have your afternoon tea or lunchbreak. The natural stone rimmed pool is with 12 x 4,5 metres very spacious and up to 2,3 metres deep. Villa Maxine is complete gated and has an electronic alarm system.
