General description
The villa offers four bedrooms on two levels and 600 m2 constructed surface plus more than 400 m2 of terraced areas. The villa is set in 10.000 m2 fully landscaped gardens with lovely seating corners and lawn areas at a short walk from Cala Tarida beach and five minutes drive from San José town in the southwest of Ibiza.
On the inside the villa offers two master suites of 45 m2 each, decorated to high standards and furnished with super king size beds. All four bedrooms are en suite, and there is a separate courtesy bathroom next to the living area as well.
Additional amenities include an ample outdoor lounge and dining area with built in bbq and summer kitchen, high speed internet everywhere as well as tv and dvd in all rooms.
